Corporate PSL

Are you a Corporate lawyer looking to take the next step in your career as a Corporate PSL / Knowledge Lawyer in a major international law firm?

Our client advises on all types of corporate law including private and public M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, private equity and ECM transactions. It has a new role for a PSL to join the Corporate group on either a full or part-time basis. As the sole PSL in the group, you would be joining a well established Knowledge function and will work collaboratively with lawyers and other professionals in other parts of the firm in a supportive and friendly environment. Key responsibilities of the role are keeping the group updated on legal developments, delivering training to clients and trainees, updating and maintaining precedents and supporting the development and use of legal technology both in the UK and internationally.

The ideal candidate will be a senior level Corporate lawyer with strong transactional experience gained at another international firm or in-house. You will have significant knowledge of UK company law and corporate practice, and will have experience of at least two of the following areas: M&A, ECM and PE/venture capital. Some experience of legal AI technologies would be beneficial, and this role would suit applicants who are looking to make their first move into a PSL role as well as those who already have PSL experience.
