An exciting opportunity has become available to join Ideal Health’s team as a Business Development Manager.
Role
- Aligned to the company sales strategy, create and implement a regional sales plan to grow revenues and increase the customer footprint within the region.
- Research prospective Accounts to identify opportunities to sell Ideal Health’s services
- Contact key stakeholders in healthcare organisations to set up meetings to discuss their requirements and propose relevant professional services solutions
- Build strong client and partner relationships with key stakeholders across your region
- Lead the development of proposals and bids for your accounts
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to opportunity closure
- Track and manage an opportunities pipeline for your region using the company CRM
- Develop and grow your accounts through ongoing account management
- Work with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Network within the industry through attending regional and national networking events
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in selling digital transformation solutions, ideally within healthcare
- Experience in selling professional services, such as consulting, projects and resources
- A proactive sales approach to contacting potential clients, developing relationships and winning new businessExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable experience of building long term client relationships
