Our client is seeking experienced Associate Consultants with a background in military aviation engineering, airworthiness, or aviation safety to deliver specialist consulting and training services within regulated aviation environments. This role is particularly well suited to former RAF, Royal Navy, or Army Air Corps engineers, airworthiness specialists, or aviation officers who have worked within Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations (CAMO), engineering authorities, or military aviation regulatory environments. Working on a project‑by‑project basis, you will deliver advisory services and regulatory training to aviation professionals supporting UK Military Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations (CAMO). Assignments will involve sharing practical experience, interpreting regulatory requirements, and helping organisations improve operational effectiveness and compliance.

Training sessions include practical exercises, scenario‑based learning, and discussion of real‑world aviation regulatory challenges. Consultants are expected to apply their operational experience to help delegates understand regulatory frameworks and improve CAMO performance.
