The Role

As a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, you will join an experienced and highly regarded residential property team, handling a varied caseload that may include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity, New builds. You\'ll play a key role in delivering excellent service to clients while benefiting from the guidance of seasoned colleagues and the support of a collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Handle a varied residential property caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Assist with re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds

What You Bring

• A minimum of 1 year\'s PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer
