Role description

As an Associate Director within our Safety Consulting business, you will be a key leader growing our Design & Construction safety team market position supporting clients to meet the requirements of the Building Safety Act, CDM 2015 and related regulations. This role is integral to driving our business expansion and deepening client relationships across a wide range of sectors. You will be part of an award‑winning UK business dedicated to supporting clients in the design, construction and operation of safe buildings. This role requires a visionary with deep expertise in safety through the whole building lifecycle, an understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record in client management and development. You will lead strategic initiatives to secure and grow key client accounts, ensuring alignment with our long‑term business objectives.
