I'm currently working on behalf of a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property and planning consultancy to recruit a Senior Town Planner for their growing London team.

The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across residential, commercial, and rural sectors. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and delivering planning applications and appeals
- Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base
- Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value projects
- Preparing high-quality planning reports and documentation
- Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
- Contributing to business development and client relationships
About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be Chartered (MRTPI) or working towards chartership
- Have solid experience within town planning, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the UK planning system
- Possess excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Be commercially aware with a proactive approach to project delivery
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
