Supervisor – Colchester

Miss Millie’s Fried Chicken has its roots in hospitality stretching back to 1965 when Chairman Harry Latham set up KFC in the UK. Harry then opened his own stores in the Southwest of England in 1988 under the Miss Millie’s brand, where we have been hand-breading and serving our Awesome chicken every day since.

As a Supervisor, you’ll set the pace and bring the energy as you lead your team to success and make every shift Cluckin’ Awesome! We take your goals seriously; you’ll be treated with respect and supported in everything you do as you make a difference to your restaurant and community, bringing AWESOME CLUCKIN’ chicken to our customers.

• Leading and directing your team to achieve success every shift.
• Cash Management
• Ensuring our products are prepared Awesomely every time
• Maintaining standards of cleanliness and quality control
• Ensuring your customers receive the best customer experience.
• Resolving issues and customer reviews

Who we are looking for?

• Experience of a food service background – Preferable Fast Food / Casual Dining
• A natural ability to lead your team.
• A team player
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A hunger to achieve and develop others.

Salary and Hours

• 30+ hours a week – 5 days (includes weekend working)
