The Work

You’ll gain broad exposure across commercial property law:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations
• Property finance and security
• Development work and overage agreements
• Advising owner‑managed businesses, official bodies, and commercial clients

You’ll work on real transactions, not just support tasks, with the backing of experienced partners who’ll actually develop you.

About You

• 1+ PQE in Commercial Property (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
• Solid grounding across commercial property matters
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to absorb information quickly
• Strong communication skills with clients, official bodies, and businesses
• Excellent IT skills and technical proficiency
• Solid understanding of SRA Accounts Rules, SRA Handbook, and compliance
