The clinic environment
You’ll work within a modern, well‑equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high‑quality clinical care and confident customer decision‑making, including:

The role
As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
- Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
- Deliver high‑quality, customer‑centric hearing care
- Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long‑term customer relationships
- Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

- Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist roles
- Lead / Mentor positions, supporting newly qualified clinicians

What we’re looking for
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer‑focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
