AdAction’s demand organization is expanding rapidly as advertisers across gaming and non-gaming verticals increasingly prioritize high-intent and incremental traffic sources. As adoption of our rewarded inventory and next-generation monetization solutions continues to grow, we are seeking a commercially driven business development leader to expand our advertiser partnerships in the region.
The Senior Manager, Business Development (Demand) will lead new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth across key verticals including Gaming, Fintech, Market Research, Shopping, and Utilities. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
You will own the full demand-side sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution, leveraging deep expertise in mobile performance marketing and advertiser KPIs to build scalable, long-term partnerships.
4+ years of experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, or demand-side ad tech sales, with a strong record of revenue growth
Established network across relevant advertiser categories, particularly Gaming and non-Gaming verticals
Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels, attribution models, ROAS optimization, and UA performance metrics
Strong familiarity with AI-driven tools and concepts related to targeting, measurement, and performance optimization
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage marketing teams, UA leaders, and senior decision-makers
Proficiency in Excel
Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot
Fluency in English is required
Highly self-motivated, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and industry events
