Within this, our EMEA Asset Management Legal team is a dynamic group responsible for the oversight of a sophisticated suite of alternative investment vehicles, including Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Hedge Funds. As the firm continues to expand its footprint in private markets this team plays a critical role in navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving global investment landscape.

You will be responsible for the legal management of a broad portfolio, encompassing both close‑ended and open‑ended structures.
