Over the past few years, Linaker has experienced significant growth. We are now seeking to expand our Operational Excellence Team by appointing a Mobilisation Manager on a permanent basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The mobilisation manager is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of new contracts and services. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the mobilisation of new contracts within the business. This role ensures that all mobilisations are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations, as well as in line with all Health & Safety requirements, whilst establishing a solid operational foundation for continued service delivery.

You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure success, while also directly engaging with clients to deliver exceptional results. For contracts of significant value, you will operate under the guidance of the Quality and Assurance Director.
