What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and nurture new business opportunities through networking, outreach (lead generation, cold calling etc.) and market intelligence
• Build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across the Life Sciences sector
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job brief to successful placement
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and deliver outstanding experiences for all stakeholders

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role (perm or contract desk)
• A sales-driven mindset: you love the thrill of the deal and take pride in your results
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment
• Ideally degree-educated, but above all, ambitious, resilient, and ready to grow
