Core Responsibilities & Facilities Scope
- Strategic Management: Leading the in-house premises team, managing all contractors, and overseeing cyclical maintenance programmes for the entire site.
- Compliance & Safety: Full responsibility for H&S compliance, fire safety, security, and statutory inspections across the large, multi-building campus.
- Project Oversight: Managing capital improvement projects, including refurbishments and new facility development.
Compensation & Benefits
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Essential Requirements: Significant managerial experience in facilities management, ideally within an independent school or similar large, complex institution.
