We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Doorman to join our esteemed team. As a Doorman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and maintaining a secure and inviting entrance. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and are committed to creating a positive first impression, we invite you to be an integral part of the experience at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the entrance area.
• Assist with guest inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with the service and security teams to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
• Manage guest reservations and facilitate the smooth flow of guests in and out of the restaurant.
• Maintain a neat and organized entrance area.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a doorman or in a customer service role.
• Valid S.I.A. Licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
