The Role
- Work closely with senior consultants and account managers to deliver on live roles
- Source, qualify, and manage candidates across a range of tech positions
- Build strong candidate pipelines within specialist markets
- Manage the full candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
- Provide market insight and guidance to candidates
- Maintain high levels of candidate engagement and quality
- Support with interview coordination, feedback, and offer management
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in recruitment (any sector)
- Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles at once
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Driven by success and motivated by commission
- Looking to focus on delivery rather than new business
