Primary Objective of the Role

The Central Operations Programs Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering strategic operational programs and projects that improve franchise performance, operational consistency, and scalability across the Laser Clinics UK network.

Sitting at the centre of the business, this role ensures operational strategies are translated into clear programs, systems and processes that can be executed effectively across the network. Based in the Support Office, the role focuses on program governance, systems improvement and cross-functional delivery, with occasional travel to clinics to support implementation and alignment.

This role acts as a central integrator across Operations, Learning & Capability, Finance, Commercial, and Franchise partners to ensure priority initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of operational programs — from planning and design through rollout, communication, and performance review — ensuring that initiatives are practical, scalable, and embedded successfully into the business.
