Principal Social Worker - MASH - South Wales

We’re looking for an experienced Site Operations Lead on behalf of our client, a leading, global manufacturing organisation who will be responsible for ensuring فران the site runs smoothly, safely, and sustainably.

This role will be offered on a part time, temporary basis – 2 days per week for a 9 to 10 month fixed term contract and will be based at my client’s site in West Sussex.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring teams across facilities, communications, reception,laugée catering, and health & safety.
• Overseeing site‑wide projects, from maintenance and refurbishment to sustainability initiatives.
• Championing employee engagement, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging across the centre.
• Managing site budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Building strong relationships with local partners, educational institutions, and community organisations.
• Hosting key visitors, events, and global leadership meetings.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing complex, multi‑functional sites or business operations.
• A track record of turning strategy into action – delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for creating positive workplace culture.
