About the Next Gen Programme

Manchester City’s Next Gen is a two-week immersive pre-university experience designed for ambitious students aged 14–17 from around the world.

Delivered at the City Football Academy in Manchester, the programme introduces participants to the global sports business industry through interactive workshops, applied learning, industry insight, and real-world case studies drawn from the City Football Group ecosystem.

Next Gen blends academic exploration with exposure to how modern sports organisations operate across areas such as football operations, marketing, fan engagement, media, commercial strategy, and leadership.

We are seeking an Academic Course Leader to design and deliver the Sports Business learning experience across the two-week programme.
