Salt have partnered with a leading FTSE250 Fintech servicing over 350,000 customers with big ambitions to triple their customer base over the next three years.
They are looking for a Head of Product to lead a team of PMs focussed on their core platforms and largest revenue generating Product stream.
The role requires previous experience shipping trading and investment products at scale with a strong commercial sense and people management experience. You could be a Lead or Group PM looking for the next step, or an established Head of Product excited about moving a well known Fintech platform forwards.
The business has been proactive in ensuring value is shipped to customers faster than ever, and ensuring they remain relevant in a fast moving landscape.

The position is hybrid, from their central London office, 3 days per week.
There is a 3 stage interview process in which you'll meet the Product Director, CCO and Divisional MD.
The role offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow an established Trading product whilst focussing on longer term strategy and vision.
