Role Overview
We are collaborating with a leading investment bank that has a strong track record in technology M&A and has advised high‑profile clients in the tech sector. The firm is recruiting a Vice President to join its Technology M&A team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of transactions, including technology acquisitions, disposals and management buy‑outs for expanding software and other tech businesses.
- Work closely with clients, advising them on deal strategy and structuring.
- Take responsibility for due diligence and other reports for clients.
- Supervise junior team members.
Qualifications
- Background in M&A, corporate development or private equity.
- Experience in tech deal execution.
- Technically excellent.
