Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or a Head of Finance to lead AdmiTrade's financial management and fundraising efforts. The CFO will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to secure capital for growth, optimize financial operations, oversee compliance with financial regulations, and support the company's strategic expansion plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising (especially from VCs, strategic investors, and institutional partners) and finance leadership within fintech, trading, or crypto industries.

AdmiTrade is a dynamic trading company dedicated to maximizing returns for investors through strategic trading and investment strategies in the evolving cryptocurrency market.
So far, we have focused on providing liquidity for centralized exchanges, building the necessary technology, and validating the market.
We are now embarking on the next phase of our growth by building a platform for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals that offers access to significant depth, dynamic credit lines, and passive capital multiplication methods. Additionally, our goal is to increase our activity as a market maker on centralized exchanges and expand into decentralized markets.
We are currently forming our team, starting with management, to achieve these objectives. This presents a unique opportunity for candidates to actively participate in building the company and driving its future success.
Responsibilities:
- Fundraising: Lead equity and debt fundraising efforts to secure capital for platform growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with VCs, strategic investors, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Develop investment materials (pitch decks, financial models, due diligence packages) in collaboration with the CEO.
Manage investor communications and reporting.
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic modelling.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Establish KPIs and financial targets aligned with company goals.
Financial Operations
- Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and capital allocation strategies.
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems, processes, and controls.
- Manage audit processes and relationships with external auditors and legal advisors.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations (tax, securities laws, etc.).
- Oversee corporate governance, internal controls, and financial risk management.
- Structure legal entities and tax strategies to support global expansion.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in finance leadership roles (crypto, fintech, trading, or investment management industries preferred).
- Proven track record in leading successful fundraising rounds.
- Deep understanding of financial management, forecasting, capital structuring, and risk management.
- Experience working with venture capitalists, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.

Interview Process:
- Screening Interview – Introductory call with Talent Acquisition Partner (45–60 min). Focus: background, motivation, experience overview.
- Fundraising & Strategy Deep Dive – Interview with AdmiTrade’s Head of Trading and ICEO’s VP of Finance & Investment (90 min). Focus: past fundraising success, strategic finance management, strategic fit.
- Final Interview – Deep-dive discussion with CEO, including expectations alignment and offer discussion.
