What we’re looking for:

• Proven CFO / Finance Director experience in biotech, pharma or life sciences
• Strong record across private capital or trade transactions
• Exceptional financial control, governance and shareholder management
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on delivery
• Ability to be in the South West 2–3 days per week
