Overview
Senior Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Functional Consultant (Outside IR35 Contract)
Travel to the US 4–5 times (2–3 weeks per trip) during the first 12–18 months is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional workstreams across core SCM modules in Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Drive best-practice processes, lead workshops, map complex integrations, and make critical design decisions.
- Work closely with global teams and prestigious clients across industries, including in regulated environments (GxP/GMP/SoX).
- Engage with stakeholders and manage delivery from end to end, including post go-live support where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation milestones.
Qualifications
- Oracle E-Business Suite SCM experience covering Procurement (including iProcurement, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts; EDI is highly desired), Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing (Process and Discrete), Costing, Receiving, Shipping and Receipt Accounting, and Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience with iProcurement, Supplier Portal, and EDI is ideal.
- Strong configuration, solution validation, training, and post-go-live support skills.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, OUM/AIM, and third-party integrations is a plus; however the role is EBS-focused.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead client teams and manage change; end-to-end delivery ownership.
- Experience with GxP, GMP and SoX is desirable.
- Familiarity with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise across concurrent projects; strong organizational skills.
- Experience with managing change requests through the development and testing lifecycle; liaising with Oracle for client SRs; awareness of quarterly releases.
