Job Description

CyberArk is looking for a Manager to lead our growing EMEA Renewals team, as a member of the broader Customer Success organisation. This is a 12 month FTC maternity leave cover. The role is based in London and will report directly to the VP, Global Renewal Management.

You and your team will be critical in building efficiency, scalability and predictability into our customer lifecycle without compromising on customer experience. In partnership with Sales Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, your team is responsible forsecuring up-for-renewal dollars and identifying possible expansion opportunities. As the leader of this team you will support them in this mission and drive excellence, efficiencies and growth within the team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, strategic and process-oriented individual who has a knack for efficiency and development.
