Title: Graduate/Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: Central London Office (Hybrid)

Expected Start Date: Autumn 2025

We are on the hunt for an Entry-level Recruiter to join the Technology Team of our growing London office. Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We are partnered and have well-established relationships with the globe’s leading Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through questioning/qualification. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, you should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new people frequently to identify potential candidates
• Assess candidate potential through questioning and qualification
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates
• Commit to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hard worker — e.g. Bachelor's degree with a high classification or impressive/consistent work history
• Quota or goal-oriented; entrepreneurial mindset
• Able to meet deadlines
• Independently motivated / Self-starter
• Team player
• Personality
