The Role

- Strengthen and grow relationships with retail partners and distributors across global markets

- Has proven experience in senior global sales roles (Head of / Director level)
- Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments
- Brings a strong understanding of retail and distribution channels, ideally within premium consumer goods
- Is a confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
