Job title: Contentious Probate Legal Director / Partner
Location: Reading or Oxford
Salary: £80,000-£95,000+
PQE Level: 8+ PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

The Role

You'll advise on the full spectrum of contentious probate matters, including:

• Challenges to wills and trusts
• Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act
• Disputes involving executors, trustees, and beneficiaries
• Capacity and undue influence claims
• Estate administration disputes

The firm is open to candidates at Legal Director level or Senior Associates ready to step up. Partner-level applicants will also be considered where there is a strong strategic and cultural fit.
