The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and creative Senior Social Media Executive / Junior Social Media Manager on a three and a half month fixed-term basis within the NewGen Social Publishing team. Join our world-class social team that distributes content for the biggest creators in the world. Our Social Publishing department speaks to tens of millions of people every single day through our social content. You would be responsible for managing several social media accounts for some of the biggest creators in the game. Taking independent ownership across these accounts by planning and executing social media strategies, managing and building content calendars, sourcing and scheduling content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content, packaging and imaging social content across multiple platforms.
- Manage day-to-day activities on various social channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and audience interaction.
- Analyse content performance using analytics tools and provide regular creator reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with our team of Social video Editors, working with them to produce the most compelling and engaging content for our creators' audiences.
- Ownership of content calendars for several high profile creator social media accounts.
- Write creative copy that follows the tone of voice of creators.
- Dealing with creator communication requests and sending over content for external approval.
- Show a high level of knowledge across all your creator accounts.
Requirements
- 1-2 years minimum in a previous social role.
- Comprehensive understanding of social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Snapchat Story Studio & TikTok Studio.
- Previous experience in working directly with creators.
- A strong understanding of the creator economy landscape.
- Previous experience in working directly with syndicating content from one platform to another.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Google Suite, including Slides, Docs and Sheets.
