We’re supporting a leading Financial Services organisation in the search for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join on a 12-month contract, working on a day-rate basis.
This role sits within a well-established in-house legal team and will focus on providing commercial, pragmatic employment law advice across the UK and wider EMEA region.

- 12-months - Day Rate
- Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in the London office
- Working within a regulated financial services environment
The role:
- Advising HR and senior stakeholders on complex employee relations matters
- Supporting restructures, change programmes and ER cases
- Drafting and reviewing employment documentation, policies and settlement agreements
- Managing external counsel on disputes and litigation
- Partnering closely with HR to ensure compliant, consistent people practices
About you:
- Qualified employment lawyer with solid UK employment law expertise
- Experience gained in financial services, a regulated in-house environment or a top law firm
- Confident advising senior stakeholders with a commercial mindset
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment
