Role Overview

Candidate Profile

Degree qualified, ideally in Engineering.
Proven experience in a senior operations role within a precision engineering or engineered products manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
