Location: London – Hybrid / Flexible

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and manage bridging finance transactions from initial enquiry to completion.
• Assess deal viability, carry out due diligence, and structure facilities to meet client needs.
• Maintain and develop relationships with brokers, borrowers, and institutional funders.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities aligned with the firm’s risk appetite.

About You

• Experience in real estate bridging or short-term lending, with strong origination skills.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to assess and mitigate risk.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment where initiative is valued.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
