Stock Manager - Ascot - £16.50 per hour + ASAP Start!
LaplandUK is an award-winning immersive Christmas experience created with Hollywood set designers and West End theatre professionals. The event runs for a 4.5-hour experience, welcoming hundreds of thousands of guests each year. This role supports stock operations across our retail outlets to ensure products are available, organised, and presented to the highest standard.
The Role: Stock Manager
Our Stock Managers oversee stock operations across retail outlets, ensuring stock is replenished, stored and displayed effectively, and that stock flow between the warehouse and retail outlets runs smoothly. You will work closely with retail and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.
You will
- Manage stock levels across multiple outlets, ensuring shelves are replenished and product displays remain high quality.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of stock from the warehouse to retail outlets.
- Monitor stock usage, losses, and discrepancies, escalating issues as required.
- Collaborate with Retail Managers to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock flow.
- Ensure safe working practices in line with health and safety requirements.
- Lead and motivate a small team, setting clear expectations and supporting development.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with proven stock or inventory management experience.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and record-keeping.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate between warehouse, retail, and management teams.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
