We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our team. You will provide comprehensive financial insight and analytical support across several supply chain sites. You will partner with the General Managers of our supply chain sites to ensure operational management aligns with financial objectives and performance standards, drive financial discipline, identify opportunities for cost savings, and enhance overall financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial insight and analytical support across multiple UK and Irish supply chain sites.
- Partner with General Managers to align operational management with financial objectives and performance standards.
- Drive financial discipline and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Support governance of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects where applicable.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Finance Business Partner, managing operational costs such as labour, ideally within a retail or logistics environment.
- Experience overseeing capital expenditure (CapEx) projects is a plus.
- Fully qualified accountant with ACCA or CIMA certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous but not essential.
