The role is a fantastic opportunity for a senior finance professional to partner with members of the FTSE Russell leadership team, one of the LSEG business divisions and a significant player in the Index and Benchmark industry.

This is a fixed-term contract role for a minimum of six months.

The role will have end to end financial responsibility for the Sustainable business unit, working collaboratively with the business and finance teams to partner with business leaders. The role will also have responsibility for the overall cost base of FTSE Russell. This is a significant financial leadership role which requires a dedicated and experienced finance business partner who can work closely with the business leadership to shape the future of the business and motivate change.

Coupled with a strong financial background, you will demonstrate intellect and curiosity, combined with maturity and the ability to influence effectively across a large matrixed organisation. A proven finance business partner, you must be able to build strong business partnerships and demonstrate the confidence and inter personal skills to challenge decisions and ways of thinking. You will be an effective collaborator and be comfortable making business recommendations to the leadership team.
