Business Manager (Technology) - Investment Bank

The Business Manager will help support the COO, Head of Digital Engineering Services and Department Heads with governance, reporting, business management, administration, resource management, vendor management, communications, finance and budget monitoring, and stakeholder updates.

The role involves working closely with the Technology leadership team, supporting them in communication efforts across the bank and promoting strategic initiatives and benefits.

Experience required:

• Prior Business Management and Support Governance Experience
• Prior experience working within a COO function
• Experience working in a fast‑paced support role in a corporate environment, with extensive Business Support experience
• Experience interacting effectively with Senior Management. Proven ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management providing business management support
• Experience of supporting an extended leadership team, directly reporting to L2 Management or above (desirable)
• Prior Financial Management Experience and exposure. Experience of departmental level budget maintenance

Please note this position is 5 days a week in the office.
