I’m advising a leading global law firm on the appointment of a Derivatives & Structured Products Associate to join its busy Debt Capital Markets practice in London.

The role involves advising on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border derivatives and structured finance transactions, with associates playing a central role from structuring through execution.

Key features include:

• MUST HAVE: Qualified as an England & Wales Solicitor
• High-quality derivatives and structured products work, including securitised and OTC derivatives
• Hands-on involvement in hedging arrangements, repackagings, structured repo and securities lending
