This place is a magnet for complex and interesting cases. We’ve got vets with certificates in Internal Medicine, Dentistry, and Surgery, plus a shiny new grad who’s settling in beautifully. Whether you’re a seasoned vet or someone looking to explore a specialism, you’ll be surrounded by talent - and plenty of clinical puzzles to sink your teeth into. You’ll also be supported by our Practice Director, who is an internationally accredited coach and mentor. So whatever you want to develop - clinical, leadership, confidence, we’ve got your back.

The Role - Moulded Around You

• We have 32 hours available, but if you’re after fewer or something more bespoke - let’s chat
• No OOH, ever
• Saturdays? Just 1 in 4, until 12:30pm
• A typical week includes 2 theatre days + 1 second ops, but we’ll shape your rota around what lights you up
• 15-minute consults as standard, and 30 minutes for second opinions, dermatology, and the tricky ones
• Daily admin time protected (we don’t believe in playing catch-up at 6pm)

CPD you’ll actually use

• £1,250 CPD allowance + 40 hours paid leave
• Full certificate support

• Weekly protected time for case research and development
• Shadowing encouraged across White Cross sites (Handsworth, Leeds, Bradford, Doncaster - we’re one big family)
