Overview

This private‑capital‑focused, upper‑quartile US law firm has developed a strong pan‑European private equity real estate (PERE) sub‑niche. While the London office already enjoys excellent finance credentials, its pure‑play real estate finance (REF) capability remains comparatively under‑developed.

To address this, the firm is seeking a connected lateral with a sponsor‑side focus, to whom it offers a cornucopia of REF targets within one of the most driven, dynamic platforms in town.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop REF targets leveraging sponsor‑side relationships.
• Work within the London REF capability to grow the firm\'s platform on private equity real estate finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sponsor‑side private equity real estate finance transactions or related areas.
• Strong network and credibility with sponsor clients and PE firms.
