The Opportunity

You will be part of a thriving commercial property team, managing a broad and varied caseload for a diverse range of business clients. Work will typically include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Development and regeneration projects
• Lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
• Finance and securitisation matters
• Landlord and tenant work
• Supporting corporate transactions with property elements

You will be encouraged to develop your own client relationships, play a role in business development, and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

We are seeking a solicitor with proven experience in commercial property matters who is:
