Location: Milton Keynes

Experience: 6 years PQE+

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded regional firm. The successful candidate will take on a senior position within a supportive and professional environment, handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property work while contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Typical Duties Will Include:

• Advising clients on a range of commercial property transactions
• Developing and growing your own client base
• Providing high-quality, tailored legal advice in a timely and effective manner
• Managing client matters efficiently and profitably
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

The Successful Candidate:

• Will have 6+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
• A strong track record advising on commercial property matters
• Solid knowledge of commercial agreements, data protection and intellectual property
• Excellent commercial awareness and sound judgement
• Strong communication, organisation and client development skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
