Duties

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with relevant practising certificate.
- Proven experience in commercial law, ideally within a corporate or organisational setting.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex legal concepts to non-specialists.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in legal management software and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
