The Role
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join the firm’s expanding team. You will work on a wide range of transactions, act for diverse clients across multiple sectors and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling acquisitions, disposals and commercial landlord & tenant work
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
- Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts and agreements
- Advising on property finance for lenders and borrowers
- Building strong and lasting client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Assisting with property development and investment deals
- Engaging in business development and networking
The Candidate
- Solicitor with 2+ PQE
- Skilled in drafting, negotiation and problem-solving
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercially minded with an eye for opportunities
- Proactive, organised, and confident working independently
- A strong team player who supports the growth of the department
- Knowledge of development and investment work beneficial
