We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our client’s busy Family & Matrimonial Department in Cullompton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for family law who is committed to delivering outstanding client service.
You will advise and support clients on a broad range of family law matters, including:
Divorce and civil partnership
Separation and cohabitee issues
Financial matters arising from family breakdown
Children law cases
Managing your own caseload efficiently and effectively
Delivering accurate, timely advice in line with risk management procedures
Staying up to date with changes in legislation and case law
Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
Taking an active role in the marketing and development of the department
The ideal candidate will bring:
Experience in family law matters (divorce, finance, children, separation, and cohabitee issues)
A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
Excellent client care skills and the ability to work well within a team
Good IT skills and attention to detail
A knowledge of the legal aid system would be an advantage, but is not essential.
