We are a leading luxury niche fragrance brand seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social strategy across all platforms. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, growing and engaging our audience, and strengthening our digital presence globally.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the brand’s social media calendar, overseeing content creation, guiding platform growth, and leading influencer collaborations and community engagement. You will also support wider brand initiatives and campaigns, ensuring our digital voice is consistent and compelling.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, working cross-functionally with creative, eCommerce, PR, and product teams to deliver engaging, high-performance content.

Knowledge of/experience

Skilled in shooting and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)

Proficient in Canva or Adobe Photoshop

Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools

Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and campaign processes

Strong understanding of brand tone and aesthetics

Experience working within a fast-paced, creative environment

Experience

3-4 years’ experience in social media management, ideally in a beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand

Experience executing content calendars and managing day-to-day publishing

Strong track record of platform growth and engagement
