Employment Type: Full-Time

This is a sales-oriented role requiring a highly motivated and experienced professional to join a reputable consultancy team specializing in sourcing, advising, and managing land and property acquisitions. This senior position is ideal for someone with strong sales and consultancy expertise in the UK property market, focused on driving new business and delivering client solutions.

You will play a critical role in identifying, negotiating, and closing development and investment opportunities both on and off-market while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and negotiate land and property acquisition opportunities across residential and commercial sectors
• Lead client consultations, understand investment objectives, and advise on best-fit opportunities
• Manage sales processes from instruction through to completion, providing expert consultancy throughout
• Conduct thorough commercial and legal due diligence on potential acquisitions
• Develop and maintain a strong network of developers, investors, and other industry stakeholders
• Represent the consultancy at industry events and maintain a professional presence in the market
• Drive new business through effective sales strategies and client management

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK property development, land acquisition, or investment consultancy with a strong sales focus
• Proven track record in sourcing and closing on- and off-market land and property deals
• Strong understanding of UK property legislation, valuation, and appraisal techniques
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain client trust
• Demonstrable success in generating revenue and building client relationships
• Established network within UK property development and investment markets
