We’re partnering with a new, globally backed international sports business who are looking for 2 x senior commercial hires (1 x B2B and 1 x B2C).
This is a well-funded, purpose-led organisation building a global events calendar from the ground up. The business is focused on premium experiences, modern storytelling and long-term partnerships.
As Sales Director – Partnerships, you will lead the acquisition of founder and global partners, selling high-value, multi-year partnerships to organisations looking to engage an ultra-high-net-worth international audience through sport, content and live experiences.
This is not a role for someone building a network from scratch. A strong, active book of client-direct relationships is essential – either B2B e.g. Tech, Finance etc. or B2C e.g. luxury fashion, jewellery, travel etc.
Partnerships are bespoke and creatively led, supported by embedded creative strategy – not pre-packaged inventory. You will initially operate as an individual contributor, with a clear path to building and leading a team as the organisation scales.
Hybrid working: This role requires 3-days per week in their new Mayfair offices.
Compensation: They have a competitive base salary + 40% commission allocated for this hire.
