£30k–£35k basic salary (flexible).
Location & Working
Hybrid – Farnborough: 3 days office / 2 days WFH.
25 days holiday + extra day for your birthday.
Early finish Fridays (3pm).

Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of multiple EU Direct-to-Consumer websites across a multi-brand portfolio, supporting continued growth across key European markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise EU D2C websites (Shopify).
- Drive trading performance and support new site launches.
- Localise product content for EU markets (German focus).
- Deliver email campaigns and support Klaviyo CRM activity.
- Work with paid media, affiliate and web agencies.
- Support reporting, stock planning and website operations.
Qualifications
- Conversational German (essential).
- Ecommerce or digital marketing experience in a product‑led D2C business.
- Comfortable in a hands‑on, fast‑growing environment.
- Able to commute to Farnborough 3 days per week.
