We are seeking an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial freelancer who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. This is an exciting opportunity to embed yourself in a young and vibrant agency team working on multi-million-dollar retail media accounts with some of the biggest names in the industry.
You won’t be just another freelancer—you’ll be a key player driving strategic initiatives, campaign execution, and measurable results from Day 1.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives and campaign execution for high-profile retail media accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior clients to shape and deliver results from day one.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years craving in retail media and/or agency environments
- 2+ years hands-on with platforms like Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, or Criteo
- Proven track record managing large-scale accounts within an agency context
- Deep understanding of search and Amazon Advertising strategy, including:
- Conversion rate optimization
- Retail readiness
- Experience across broader digital media channels
- Excellent communicator and presenter—confident with both internal teams and senior clients
- Experience leading teams or managing direct reports
- Strategic thinker who can shape and drive innovation roadmaps
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for performance analysis and storytelling
- Certifications (bonus): Amazon Advertising Foundations, Sponsored Ads Foundations, Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon DSP, Epsilon RM / Criteo or other retailer-specific platforms
