Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Account Director to manage and grow key client relationships. This role requires a strategic, consultative sales approach to ensure continued value for partners while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Identify and drive new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with high-level stakeholders.
- Drive the company’s value proposition through solution selling and a consultative approach.
- Represent the business at industry events and networking functions.
- Leverage AI-driven insights to optimise customer engagement and retention.
- Provide forecasting and strategic account planning to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategic account management or an Account Director role, ideally within tech, SaaS, or IT distribution.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of technology trends and customer needs.
- Experience with AI-powered sales tools.
